Michele
"Shell" Washam has an interesting past
and a promising future. A former adult
website designer, Shell turned her life
over to The Lord in June of 1999 after a
life-changing heartbreak. In July of
1999 she created Request a Miracle and
so began her ministry in faith-based web
design. Shell is the founder and
developer of the Simply Believe project.
In 2002
Michele wrote her first book A Course
in Heartbreak - 7 Steps to the
Restoration of Self, Soul, and Love
which she taught on one of the first
virtual universities,
HeartbreakUniersity.org. To this day,
hundreds of people still use Shell's
course to overcome the devastation of
heartbreak.
In 2007
Shell wrote her second book,
Protecting Those You Love in an X-Rated
World in an effort to help families
overcome the dangers of pornography in
our society. Shell is dedicated to
helping couples save their marriages and
families from the devastating and
destructive effects of porn and sex
addiction.
Her third
book, Simply Believe is written
with good friend and ministry partner,
Rocco
Morelli. Rocco and his wife
Christine along with Shell and her
husband Michael have been friends for
years and have worked on several
ministry projects.
Shell is
the founder developer of several
globally popular websites including
WebTV4Women.tv, one of the Internet's
first eTV portals and also
Just4Ladies.com, the Internet's first
ladies only erotica site converted to
the Internet's first heartbreak
community. She is also the founder of
Tennessee Police Wives.
Michele
and her husband Michael make their home
in the foothills of the beautiful Smokey
Mountains in east Tennessee on English
Mountain with their 3 children. Shell is
known for her compassion towards animals
and has rescued many strays which
include: 7-dogs (including a Saint
Bernard, Border Collie, 2 Yorkies, a
Samoyed, and 2 black labs) and 10 cats
as well as 3 birds.
Michele's
dream is to share the message of Simply
Believe with Christians as well as
others around the world to help them
realize their dreams and manifest their
miracles.
